📋 Description

• Own end-to-end interview coordination and scheduling across multiple concurrent reqs, spanning
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout their journey, communicating with a
• Navigate complex scheduling scenarios, coordinating availability across candidates, interviewers
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep pipelines moving, proactively flagging
• Maintain accurate, clean candidate data and pipeline hygiene in Ashby
• Identify opportunities to use AI tools to streamline scheduling, communication, and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in high-growth recruiting operations, working as a Recruiting Coordinator or in Talent
• Comfort supporting roles across different departments, working directly with hiring managers
• AI-native working style using AI tools daily for scheduling, communication, and reporting
• Bias towards process improvement, noticing inefficiencies and taking initiative to fix them
• Candidate-first mentality and strong written and verbal communication
• Comfort with ambiguity managing multiple reqs and stakeholders simultaneously
