Recruiting Manager

📋 Description

• Personally lead and model best-in-class sourcing, including outbound, passive candidate engagement
• Develop sourcing strategies for product managers, designers, software engineers, data and security
• Build targeted pipelines for pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, care coordinators, and other
• Partner with Marketing and leadership to sharpen House Rx's employer brand, candidate experience
• Own the recruiting process end to end, including ATS hygiene, interview design, structured
• Track and report on key metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, source of hire, offer

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, including 3-5+ years leading recruiting teams or functions, with
• Experience hiring across product, technology, and clinical or healthcare operations roles is
• Experience working in a fast growing start up is preferred.
• Experience in specialty pharmacy, health tech, or other regulated healthcare environments is
• A clear spike in sourcing, with a strong record of generating candidates through outbound and
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence and adapt
