🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
Agency recruitment experience preferred; healthcare recruiting strongly desired.
2+ years recruiting experience; 1-2 years sourcing experience.
Knowledge of HR concepts, practices, and procedures.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; social media marketing preferred.
Ability to travel between Braintree, Plymouth, and Hyannis MA.
