Recruiting Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own the recruiting tech stack end to end: ATS, sourcing, scheduling, and assessment tools
• Design and continuously improve the hiring workflow from req approval and intake through sourcing
• Make build-versus-buy and consolidate-versus-keep decisions to optimize the stack.
• Own the data: build analytics used to inform decisions on pipeline health, funnel metrics
• Partner with Finance and People on headcount planning and req management.
• Ship AI and automation with architecture behind it to improve the funnel and standardize workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in recruiting operations, talent ops, BizOps, or analytics in a high-growth company.
• Deep AS T S expertise (ideally Ashby) as an admin and workflow builder, not just a user.
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable with dashboards and funnel metrics; SQL and BI tools a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to build internal tools, automations, and workflow experiments.
• Track record turning manual processes into scalable, adopted workflows.
• Experience implementing AI-powered recruiting automation and partnering with recruiters, hiring
