Own admin and optimization of the recruiting tech stack (Ashby, integrations).
Design and implement processes to reduce recruiter friction and speed hiring.
Partner with Analytics to define reports and translate data into hiring actions.
Manage recruiting operations, PID/requisition workflows, and ticketing.
Deploy AI-powered solutions to automate tasks and improve candidate experience.
Collaborate with Finance, People, and IT on cross-functional alignment.

🎯 Requirements

5-8+ years in recruiting ops, HR tech, or business systems.
Deep ATS expertise (Ashby preferred): configuration and workflows.
Proven track record in process improvements and automation (AI/ML).
Strong analytics mindset; partner with Analytics on data-driven insights.
Systems thinking; map dependencies across tools, teams, processes.
Excellent cross-functional communication with Finance, Eng, People, IT.
