📋 Description

• Execute ID.me's talent marketing plan and content calendar, recommending improvements to Recruiting
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to gather employee stories, photos, and team
• Own onboarding communications and workflows in Enboarder end to end, coordinating with hiring
• Present at new hire orientation and onboarding sessions, sharing ID.me's story, culture, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, journalism, human resources, talent
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across channels and
• Comfort presenting to and engaging a room, through public speaking, facilitation, teaching, or
• Experience contributing to a content calendar, campaign, or communications project through an
