Recruiting Program Manager

📋 Description

• Design, build, and scale recruiting systems and programs.
• Partner with recruiters, Recruiting Ops, People, Finance, and leaders.
• Role can be based in SF or NYC; Anchor Days in person Mon/Tue/Thu.
• Own interviewer systems, pool health, onboarding, and specialty hiring.
• Build cross-functional playbooks to improve recruiting efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant program management or recruiting operations.
• High agency: take ownership end-to-end.
• Builder mentality: create or improve something that doesn't yet work.
• Strong project management: lead complex initiatives and manage stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and complexity.
• Discretion and high judgment on sensitive work.
• Strong analytical instincts: use data to drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
