📋 Description

• Proactively source and engage top-tier talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to build
• Manage and optimize candidate flow within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Lever, ensuring data
• Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently, acting as a key point of contact for candidates and

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced or growing tech company.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with a strong preference for Lever.
• Full competency in using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing and engagement.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and professional interaction with
