🎯 Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in Recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and Talent Acquisition strategies
• Experience in hiring for Business teams (e.g. Operations, Commercial, Staff)
• Worked closely with other HR teams (e.g. HR Business Partners, Rewards & HR Operations) and
• Proven track record in building solid and long lasting relationships with stakeholders
• Wealth of experience in collecting Recruiting data and leading data informed conversations to
