🎯 Requirements

• Strong existing network within technology, startups, engineering, or related professional
• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, recruitment sales, business development, founder-led
• Alternatively, a background as a technology founder, hiring manager, or professional who has
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive and the ability to generate opportunities independently rather
• Strong understanding of startup hiring environments and credibility when communicating with
