🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional recruitment experience, with experience in customer service or

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to interact professionally with
• Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on understanding client needs and delivering positive
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple candidates
• Experience using CRM platforms and recruitment software, with strong attention to accurate record
