📋 Description

• Ensure support of the standardized administrative process for recruiting.
• Advertise job vacancies, screen applications.
• Screen and place mid to senior level inspection personnel.
• Understand customer expectations from provided job descriptions and technical job requirements and
• Arrange interviews, meetings or phone calls with TSS hires for updates on client training or
• Strive to improve the quality of candidates that are being sent to the client. Receive and review

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a strategic/technical recruitment Sourcer is essential.
• Experience with online and offline sourcing and recruiting techniques.
• Experience setting up pipelines and building communities.
• Demonstrated experience with social media marketing and digital networking.
• Proficient in relevant office software and ATS/database systems, preferably SmartRecruiters.
• Ability to conduct online and pre-screening interviews.
