Own the client journey from first contact through the start of care, making sure no one falls out
Serve as the connective tissue between referral partners, clients, and our Admissions team
Keep referral partners closely informed on the people they entrust to us, building confidence in
Partner with our Outreach team to keep every client moving toward treatment, and coach on pipeline
Identify barriers to care as they surface and escalate the patterns behind them

🎯 Requirements

Experience in direct client-facing role (e.g. Admissions Team), particularly in the mental health
Support pipeline management activities during key Central Time and West Coast time hours (11am to
Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
Familiarity with and willingness to use cloud-based communication software—Google Suite, Slack
