📋 Description

• Lead the planning, execution, and close-out of complex oil and gas refinery improvement projects
• Develop and review project proposals and implementation plans, determining timelines, staffing
• Define work plans, assign responsibilities and workstream scopes, monitor progress, and adjust
• Establish strong working relationships with client project teams, serving as a trusted and
• Monitor project milestones, financial performance, timelines, and sustainable improvement results
• Prepare and communicate clear project status updates for management, clients, and other relevant

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of refinery operations management experience, with strong technical knowledge of
• 5+ years of downstream industry experience managing workstreams in areas such as Gasoline Blending
• 5+ years of experience applying project management processes, methodologies, and practices to
• Demonstrated experience delivering continuous process improvement and translating operational
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
