📋 Description

• As a central interface, you promote the exchange of relevant insights between HEMs and other Market
• If required, you take over the management of or actively participate in national care projects with
• Together with Market Access and Contracting Managers, you develop tailored contract strategies
• You are the central contact and sparring partner for internal stakeholders at all levels – from
• You bring your perspective into cross-functional projects and have the opportunity to position
• You actively help shape how data-driven insights and digital tools will be used in Market Access

🎯 Requirements

• A completed university degree in health economics, natural sciences or economics – alternatively
• At least 5 years of experience in Market Access, health policy or a comparable function in the
• Sound knowledge of the German healthcare system, reimbursement processes as well as the health
• Experience working successfully with cross-functional teams
• Strong strategic skills to identify future developments early as well as strong project management
• Very good active listening as well as the ability to communicate complex issues clearly
