📋 Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies designed to increase mortgage originations through strong
• Build, develop, and manage relationships with Realtor and Builder partners in collaboration with
• Prospect independently through referral sources, existing clients, centers of influence, and other
• Coordinate calling strategies and conduct joint client and partner calls with Mortgage Sales Teams.
• Partner with the Home Builder Commercial Real Estate Group to leverage existing relationships and
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Construction-Permanent and Renovation lending, supporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Demonstrated experience developing and managing Builder Alliances or similar strategic builder
• Experience managing Construction-Permanent sales or fulfillment activities.
• Previous mortgage sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, relationship management, and business development skills.
• Proven ability to establish new relationships, strengthen existing partnerships, and deliver a
