Regional Director, Partner Account Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Partner Account Managers
• Recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing Partner Account Managers
• Own and oversee the end-to-end regional sales process
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance
• Develop and maintain strong relationships throughout the regional partner ecosystem
• Travel within the assigned region and nationally for field rides, conferences, and partnership

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience selling 401(k) or retirement plan solutions
• 3–5 years of experience leading frontline sales professionals
• Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
• Experience building relationships with CPAs, payroll providers, HR consultants, benefits brokers
• Strong technology skills and hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM or comparable platforms
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

• Total On Target Earnings of $210,000–$220,000, including a base salary of $100,000–$110,000 and
