Regional Director - U.S. Midwest Data Center Operations

📋 Description

• Ensure data center uptime and SLA adherence across the region.
• Oversee incident response performance, escalation effectiveness, and post-incident corrective
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance execution.
• Ensure safety performance and compliance readiness.
• Drive capacity readiness across MW, rack space, and staffing.
• Manage regional budget performance, vendor performance, and cost optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related
• 10+ years of experience in critical facility operations, including at least 5 years in a senior
• Experience scaling data center operations in a cloud, hyperscale, GPU, or HPC environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading geographically dispersed, 24/7 operations teams, including
• Proven ability to turn business and technical requirements into clear regional execution plans
• Skill at navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and communicating clearly and calmly with
