Drive user growth and reactivation via local growth initiatives and experiments
Launch and optimise acquisition and activation campaigns using data
Identify growth opportunities through A/B testing, product experiments, and continuous optimisation
Monitor growth metrics, analyze performance, translate insights into actions
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CRM, Paid Ads, Content, and other teams to execute growth initiatives

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Growth/Performance/Digital Marketing or Product Growth (crypto/fintech/tech preferred)
Proven end-to-end growth campaigns with measurable impact
Strong analytical skills with data-driven decisions
Ownership mindset; able to execute independently in fast-paced environments
Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, and optimization
Native Ukrainian; strong English and Russian communication
