📋 Description

• Owning state-level strategy and calibrating Openly's homeowners program for assigned states and new
• Managing the state filing process and DOI relationships and correspondence, ensuring timely
• Collaborating with Technology and Operations teams to successfully implement rate reviews and new
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators and drivers of profitability, including loss
• Developing cost-benefit analyses of state-level strategic initiatives and presenting
• Identifying business challenges and opportunities, designing analytical frameworks to evaluate

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance product management or product development roles, with a
• A degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Statistics, or
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to develop and interpret quantitative analyses and
• Demonstrated ability to identify and define complex business problems and develop relevant
• Strong communication, storytelling, and project management skills
• Able to collaborate effectively with people at all levels across the company
