Regional Maintenance Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee maintenance operations across multiple properties within an assigned regional portfolio
• Provide hands-on maintenance support and step into technician responsibilities as needed, including
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace HVAC systems while supporting maintenance teams with complex
• Conduct quarterly inspections of properties within the assigned region, identifying safety
• Travel daily between assigned properties, with overnight stays as necessary, and provide support to

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional maintenance experience, including prior supervisory or
