Regional Manager APAC, Data Center Capacity Delivery

📋 Description

• Lead regional data center delivery across active and upcoming projects in APAC.
• Build and manage Senior Delivery Managers and partner network (GCs, owner’s reps).
• Set standards for schedule, quality, change control, and reporting across portfolio.
• Own executive-level relationships with developer partners; act as intake point for new projects.
• Collaborate daily with transaction, design engineering, facility ops, commissioning, deployment

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years delivering data center or mission-critical projects.
• Proven ability to lead multi-project portfolios and teams.
• End-to-end development process knowledge (entitlements, design, long-lead equipment, construction
• Experience managing executive-level developer, GC, and partner relationships.
• Strong on-site leadership and ability to influence culture and outcomes across extended teams.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-specialist stakeholders.
