📋 Description

• Lead and develop Clinical Excellence Managers across the Western region, providing coaching
• Partner with capital sales teams to support new opportunities, account expansion, footprint growth
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting customer business reviews
• Provide customers, partners, and internal teams with education, product-related information

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) credential.
• At least 2 years of nursing leadership experience within a healthcare or medical device environment.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements, regulations, standards, and health system
• Demonstrated experience developing business plans and financial models.
• Strong process and quality improvement experience, with the ability to translate data and analytics

• National salary range: $130,500–$176,400 USD.
• San Francisco Bay Area salary range: $145,000–$196,000 USD for employees whose primary work
