🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years leading Sales Engineers/frontline leaders
• 7+ years in Sales Engineering or technical customer-facing roles
• Partner with senior Sales leadership on regional strategy and forecast alignment
• Operate at strategic and operational levels with multi-quarter planning
• Cross-functional collaborator with senior-level influence
• Background in public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes
