🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a similar role
  • Partner with senior Sales leadership on regional strategy, long-range planning, and forecast
  • Balance strategic planning with day-to-day team execution and priorities
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with influence at senior levels
  • Background in public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, APM/tracing, security, observability
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tooling and scale it; travel as needed
