  • Recruit and onboard top regional talent; mentor new hires.
  • Enable the team to support all Datadog solutions and skills.
  • Collaborate with Product, Support, Enablement for pre/post-sale continuity.
  • Deliver semi-annual performance reviews and development plans.

  • 1-3+ yrs SE team lead/mentorship; 3+ yrs client facing.
  • Coachable; eager to grow and adapt to change.
  • Proven ability to grow and develop a team.
  • Experience recruiting ICs and front-line leaders.
  • Knowledgeable in current infrastructure and monitoring tech.
  • Able to build/evaluate customer plans and mentor others.
