📋 Description

• Own and develop long-term relationships with sellers and strategic partners across Europe, serving
• Manage day-to-day relationships with premium sellers and European marketplace accounts, ensuring
• Oversee premium seller performance reporting, provide recommendations on seller cohort composition
• Monitor the operational health of an assigned seller portfolio, identify performance risks and
• Drive adoption of key marketplace tools and workflows, including Shipping Policies and Inventory
• Resolve premium seller issues from beginning to end in collaboration with Customer Support

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in seller success, partnerships, account management
• A strong understanding of record store culture, music collecting, and music marketplace ecosystems
• Active or previous experience as a buyer and seller on the relevant music marketplace, providing
• Proven relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust with priority accounts
• Strong organizational skills and sound operational judgment, with the ability to manage multiple
