📋 Description

• Global alignment: Ensure alignment of the EMEA payroll operation with Global Payroll Operation
• Multi-country delivery: Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across multiple EMEA countries
• Vendor & ICP Governance: Manage, audit, and oversee all regional payroll vendors, managed
• M&A Harmonisation: Lead the onboarding, system migration, and process standardisation of newly
• Statutory compliance and reporting: Maintain end-to-end payroll compliance with regional statutory

🎯 Requirements

• Degree-level education, relevant professional qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
• Significant experience managing complex, multi-country payroll operations, including experience of
• Strong knowledge of EMEA statutory payroll requirements, including income tax, social security
• Working knowledge of UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and data-protection obligations as they
• AI-literate, with the ability and willingness to learn and utilise AI and automation tools in
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365 Power Platform tools, and global enterprise
