Regional Physical Security Lead

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day safety and security operations, coordinating contract guard coverage and holding
• Provide operational oversight of the 24/7 Security Support Center (SSC), ensuring consistent
• Coordinate real-time response to security incidents, medical emergencies, and facility issues
• Maintain the reliability of access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems through routine
• Conduct site assessments to identify vulnerabilities and safety concerns, recommend improvements
• Develop, maintain, and reinforce standard operating procedures, post orders, incident response

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in corporate safety and security, physical security operations
• Experience independently owning security programs, coordinating field operations, or managing
• Hands-on experience responding to incidents, exercising sound judgment, and remaining calm under
• Experience working with access control systems, video management platforms, alarm systems, and
• Experience supporting emergency preparedness programs, employee training, and response drills.
• The ability to assess risks, prioritize competing needs, and turn recommendations into practical
