Regional Recruiter

📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for RNs, LPNs, PTs, OTs, SLPs, PTAs, and other healthcare
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals
• Identify, engage, and recruit passive candidates in competitive healthcare markets
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and extend conditional offers
• Partner with Directors and operational leaders to understand hiring needs and implement strategic
• Lead weekly recruiting strategy meetings with office leadership and provide updates on pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
• Demonstrated success sourcing and recruiting talent in competitive markets
• Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Home health, home care, nursing, therapy, or clinical recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Agency recruiting experience strongly desired
• Proven ability to proactively source candidates rather than relying solely on inbound applicants
