📋 Description

• Manage and mentor a team of inbound and outbound sales representatives and business development
• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base, with emphasis on higher
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive
• Foster a positive, high-energy work environment that encourages continuous learning and improvement
• Develop and implement best practices and effective strategies for lead generation, qualification
• Regularly monitor and analyze team performance metrics to ensure consistent achievement of targets

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in inbound/outbound sales with proven track record of success with new logo
• 3+ years sales management experience; with experience and/or excitement about working in a
• Experience leveraging prospecting tools and platforms (lead generation, email, phone, video, data
• Ability to hire, onboard, and continuously train team members
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing conditions at a fast-paced, growing company
• Ability to successfully manage people, providing coaching and feedback necessary for performance
