📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and capitalize on sales opportunities from new leads and assigned customer
• Expand and strengthen the customer base across the United States while consistently achieving or
• Recruit, lead, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Prepare and deliver reports and presentations to senior management.
• Collaborate with department heads to address and resolve customer issues and requests.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a related role.
• 2+ years leading or building a sales team.
• Demonstrated success in a sales-driven environment with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to actively listen, build trust
• Highly organized with strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools to optimize workflow and customer management.
