🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related Life Sciences discipline.
• At least 7 years of successful industry-related sales experience within life sciences, drug
• At least 3 years of experience managing or mentoring members of a sales organization.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-performing field sales teams.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, leadership development, and common sales
• Ability to support the development of both individual contributors and people leaders across a

• Base salary range of $140,000–$160,000 annually.
• Eligibility for Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC).
• Target total compensation of $240,000–$260,000 annually, combining base salary and target SIC.
