Regional Security Manager

📋 Description

• Manage daily onsite security operations for NYC offices, with expansion.
• Oversee external security vendors and security tech systems (Verkada, Hivewatch, Envoy).
• Oversee visitor management, access control, and alarm response.
• Contribute to physical security policies, playbooks, and procedures.
• Conduct periodic risk assessments and facility audits; identify vulnerabilities.
• Partner with local leadership on business continuity and crisis response planning.
• Contribute to investigations as required.
• Provide security leadership and on-site support for Cursor events.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a physical security leader in tech; startup exp preferred.
• Experience managing site and regional security programs across multiple sites.
• Knowledge of access control, surveillance, PSIM tools; basic admin & vendor mgmt.
• Strong judgment and communication during incidents.
• Experience with landlords, construction teams, event vendors, and law enforcement.
• Balance immediate ops with long-term scalability and resilience.
