🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Workplace Operations or Facilities Mgmt in global tech.
• 3+ years in senior leadership across multiple sites.
• People management: Led and developed high-performing admin/ops teams.
• Advanced Excel, data analysis, modeling, and exec reporting.
• Strong problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related field.
