📋 Description

• Formulate and execute a strategy to maximize sales growth in assigned region
• Generate revenue for assigned region, meeting or exceeding quota and activity metrics
• Take a buyer-centric approach, driving sales strategies centered around understanding and
• Build trust and value relationships within the HealthJoy team and with internal & external
• Take ownership of accounts at every stage, from prospecting to closing
• Develop long-term strategy by building lasting broker relationships and nurturing them over time

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of related field sales experience
• Experience selling benefits broker channel, preferably in employee benefit solutions
• Track record of new brokerage partnerships
• Experience selling to mid-market employers (100-3K employees)
• Assertive self-starter with strong relationship building and closing skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales and revenue goals
