📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of sales professionals responsible for selling enterprise identity security
• Define and execute short- and long-term regional strategies, including detailed 12-month and

• Proven experience leading sales organizations in high-growth SaaS, cybersecurity, identity, or
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams while
• Strong history of delivering revenue growth, improving sales execution, managing complex pipelines
• Experience with recurring-revenue business models and enterprise SaaS sales; experience leading
• Understanding of Canadian public sector sales environments, procurement dynamics, compliance
• Experience working with influential channel partners and building collaborative go-to-market
