🎯 Requirements

• 6–9+ years of experience in workplace experience, hospitality, events, employee engagement
• Experience owning and executing programs, events, or operational experiences end-to-end
• Strong hospitality mindset with a passion for creating thoughtful and high-quality experiences
• Experience managing vendors, operational partners, or service delivery teams
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across diverse teams and leadership
• Ability to operate autonomously, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
