📋 Description

• Work with individuals with Autism/IDD to reduce challenging behaviors.
• School-based role in Oahu with local school districts.
• Directly support students in the classroom per service plan.
• Establish relationships with clients and school teams.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques and collaborate with teachers.
• Document interventions, progress, and collect behavior data.

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Associate or Bachelor degree OR 48 credits incl Math 100 and English 100 OR HS Diploma with ParaPro.
• No experience necessary.
• Complete RBT Academy and pass the RBT exam to become BAYADA's RBT.
