📋 Description

• Work directly with students in the classroom following the service plan
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and school teams
• Implement behavior therapy and collaborate with teachers to support the student
• Document interventions and progress toward goals
• Collect behavior data as specified in the client behavior plan
• Provide training and assistance to help students acquire and maintain skills

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree OR 48 college credits including Math100 and English100
• HS Diploma/GED with ParaPro Praxis (BAYADA assistance available)
• No experience necessary
• Complete RBT Academy and pass the RBT Exam
