• RBT Academy trains you to become an RBT.

• Work with students to reduce challenging behaviors and build skills.
• Follow service plans and observe student progress.

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree OR 48 college credits.
• High School Diploma/GED with ParaPro or BAYADA assistance.
• No experience required.
• Complete RBT Academy and pass the RBT exam to become RBT.
