📋 Description

• Work with students in the classroom per the service plan.
• Establish relationships with clients and school teams.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques with teachers.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals.
• Collect behavior data per the client behavior plan.
• Provide training and support to help students gain skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Assoc/Bachelor’s degree or 48 credits incl Math 100/English 100 or HS diploma + ParaPro.
• No experience required.
• Complete RBT Academy and pass the RBT exam.
