📋 Description

• Work directly with students in the classroom following the service plan
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and school teams
• Implement behavior therapy techniques and collaborate with teachers
• Document interventions and progress toward goals
• Collect behavior data as specified in the client behavior plan
• Provide training and instruction to help the student acquire skills

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• AA/BA or 48 credits incl. Math 100 and English 100; OR HS diploma with ParaPro
• No experience necessary
• Complete RBT Academy and pass the RBT exam to become an RBT
