📋 Description

• Work with students in classrooms following service plans.
• Establish relationships with clients and school teams.
• Implement ABA techniques; collaborate with teachers in the classroom.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals.
• Collect behavior data per client behavior plan.
• Provide training to help students acquire and maintain skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• AA/BA or 48 credits incl Math100 & English100 or HS Diploma with ParaPro.
• No experience necessary.
• Complete RBT Academy and pass the RBT exam to become an RBT.
