Registered Behavior Technician / Behavior Technician Academy (School Based)

📋 Description

• Work directly with students in the classroom per service plan.
• Build relationships with clients and school teams; respect values.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques and support teachers in class.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals.
• Collect behavior data as outlined in the client plan.
• Provide training and assistance to help students gain skills.
• Support independence and daily routines in school.
• Supports school-age children to succeed with ABA.

🎯 Requirements

• RBT certified or pursuing certification (BAYADA pays)
• Must be 18+ years old
• Experience with developmental/intellectual disabilities a plus
• Assoc/Bach degree or 48 credits incl Math100 & English100 or ParaPro
