Registered Behavior Technician: (Kauai School Based) Behavioral Health

📋 Description

• Work directly with clients in home/community per the treatment plan.
• Follow behavior therapies and ABA procedures as trained.
• Build supportive, therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals.
• Collect behavior data as specified in the behavior support plan.
• Review data with the supervisor to improve programs.

🎯 Requirements

• RBT credential or actively pursuing RBT credential.
• One year experience with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Ability to work 1:1 with clients at home or in community.
• Scheduling: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3pm.
• Willing to complete BAYADA training and ongoing supervision.
