Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

📋 Description

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children/young adults at home, in-community, and center.
• Follow treatment and behavior support plans for skill acquisition.
• Build therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques as directed by supervisors.
• Document interventions and progress accurately and on time.
• Collect behavior data per client behavior support plan.

🎯 Requirements

• One year experience with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities (preferred).
• Valid RBT certification.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to work in-home and community settings.
• Ability to document interventions and progress.
• Willingness to follow treatment plans and collect data.
