Work 1:1 with clients at home and in the community, following plans.
Follow treatment and behavior support plans for skill tasks and behavior reduction.
Build supportive, therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
Implement behavior therapy techniques as directed by supervisors.
Document interventions and progress accurately and timely.
Collect behavior data as specified in client plans.

🎯 Requirements

RBT credential (or pursuing) required for Hawaii contracts
One year experience with children who have developmental/intellectual disabilities (preferred)
Ability to work 1:1 in home and community with autism
