Registered Behavior Technician (School Based), Behavioral Health

📋 Description

• Work directly with clients and follow the treatment plan for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Establish and maintain supportive relationships with clients and families.
• Implement behavior therapy techniques as instructed by the supervisor.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals.
• Collect behavior data as specified in the client behavior support plan.
• Review data with Behavioral Services Manager to guide program improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• RBT credential or pursuing credential (BACB).
• RBT credential required for services on Hawaii contracts.
• One year experience working with children with developmental/intellectual disabilities preferred.
