Work directly with clients following the treatment plan for skill and behavior goals.
Build supportive relationships with clients and families.
Implement behavior therapy techniques as directed.
Document interventions and progress data.
Collect and review behavior data for program improvements.
Provide transportation and training as required by the plan.

🎯 Requirements

Valid RBT Certificate from BACB.
1 year of experience with children with developmental disabilities preferred.
CPR/First Aid Certification.
